need some treatment

Hi 🙂 I found the results of a study re SCA3 Eye Problems. The information is lengthy, and in medical terms, but it did give this conclusion...
In conclusion, our study confirmed the positive association between abnormal eye movements and the severity of ataxia in SCA3 patients, which emphasize the importance of clinical assessment of abnormal eye movements in patients with SCA3.
I’m sorry no specific treatment was mentioned, but it could worth seeking advice from a NeuroOpthamologist.

If you can find a neuro-opthalmologist it is probably the best but it it might be hard to find one. I used to see one at the time I used to see Dr. Giunti at the Ataxia centre in London. I live in Wales so the drive was very long. Now I am being monitored by a neurologist in Cardiff to monitor my ataxia and the department of the neuro- ophthalmologist at the neurology hospital in London has stopped altogether.
But as there is no cure for anything relating to ataxia it does not matter anyway.
