if you have had diagnosis you will have had blood tests including one for B12 deficiency but best to check. I take a multi vitamin and mineral plus B5 complex to be sure I get enough .. our diet is sufficient that we wouldnt have deficiency but not enough for optimum health.

I dont follow Canada news but if it's available the current consensus of opinion on the UK news seems to be that it despite any risks which are deemed to be slight, the protection of the vaccine is paramount.

Again - Thank you so much!

I get a B12 injection from nurse at doctors surgery every 3 months. I don't know however if supplements would have the same effect?

I'll take supplements. I live in Canada. We don't seem to be well versed on all things Ataxia. Thank you!

Injections are necessary for some people because they can't absorb supplements.
