Many thanks to everyone who replied. What are Sainsburys playing at? I have tried phoning, either BT intercepts my calls or I get a long recorded message and then nothing, emails just bounce back and thank you Patsy Colchester, I left a message on feedback only to discover that it is temporarily out of service, please try again later. This is doing nothing to help my blood pressure. I do not think I come under the Gov. guidelines as "extremely vunerable". I bet Boris doesn't have this problem!! I am sorry to go on about this. At least I've still got my sense of humour - if I can't buy food, I am not spending any money. I am so pleased that I live in a small village because everyone here is so kind. Life is good, the sun's shining, and if I ignore the situation, it will eventually go away.
