Happy days.

Have felt so down this winter not being able to get out. I push a rollator about outside. So yesterday with the help of taxis , went to the shops , it was such a joy to walk down a street and see people again. So looking forward to getting out more now the weather is improving. I do have a lovely husband who does all the shopping so I’m very lucky. We haven’t got a car, and live at the top of a steep hill. Happy Days.

🙂It does make such a difference if you can get outdoors and join in everyday activities. I rely on my husband quite a lot too. The weather seems to have vastly improved today (unlike the weekend🥶), it was a pleasure to be out in the sunshine🙂

Yes, getting a little fresh air really does help. Made the effort and have just had a little walk around the block, feel so much better for doing so..
