Logistics is a useful word

This word was not in my vocabulary before we started a parcel delivery business but now I find it very useful in life with ataxia. My husband has at last accepted that I need to work out my personal logistics before considering anything. Does that apply to you?

Yes! I liken my ability to having units available. Some days it may mean getting up and dressed and that is it, 1 unit achieved, online life only. Others, when really good, maybe 5 units, no more -and I pay if I do 5 units! Not necessarily the next day but later. It is difficult for people to understand that doing something you enjoy uses your ability up and you pay for it. I am lucky I have someone to shop and drive for me, goodness knows how some people manage.

true but using logistics, I can almost multitask.. I remember two things but the third wipes my memory completely ha! Ken tells me to write it down.. he doesnt get it that I cant remember what to write.
