Old items on my ipad

Can someone please tell me how I can clear all my old items on Healthunlocked some of which go back several years

Please make the instructions simple as I am a simple man!! Well as far as technology is concerned

Hi Ted.....not sure myself, but try this.....google search(Ataxia, HealthUnlocked).... when on the Ataxia home page, click on the icon at top of page( box with chat balloons, like someone talking)...... you should then get all of posts/messages.... with little boxes to extreme left...... click on the box and then on delete at top of page.....you can delete in singles or multiples.........hoping this is clear enough!!
