I am about to start on CBT oil on suggestion from a friend.As usual there are many questions I have. I am 54 and weight around 14.5 stones. What dosage and how best to administer it. As with all medicines there are side effects, what are these. I am on cardio plan ,atrovastine.clopidogrel and larsatan for high blood pressure. Any suggestions will help.

If you mean CBD oil, it came with instructions but I’m afraid it did not help - if anything, I was worse. I am 66 and on no. meds. I would consult with a GP before trying out new medicine of any sort. Good luck and best wishes.

I would speak to your gp & any other medical person your under FIRST, to make sure the cbd oil isn’t going to interact with the medication you’re taking. I was also going to try it on the recommendation of a friend, thankfully I spoke to my gp, neurologist & professor I’m under & all 3 strongly advised against it as it interacts with almost all of the medications I’m on.

Please don’t just take what you hear & read as face value before starting any other medication including any vitamins & over the counter products, always speak to medical staff first as you could end up doing more harm to yourself than good!
