So a new video came out from CliniCrowd and what a shocker . . . mannitol is helping people who didn't give up after a month . . .

Most patients with ataxia don't feel the impact until later in life. So this means usually the disease takes decades to have an impact. Don't you think stopping the disease might take time as well . . .

To post a link I just copy the website address in the top address bar and paste it in my responses. The photos can only be linked in the opening post. YouTube videos appear as video links if you click on "share" and copy that address.

My "tummy" reacts violently to Trehalose and Mannitol. The question in MY mind is would I rather manage that or a walker.

Thank you for this @sunvox! You are so good with your research and so kind to try and help us all. Knowledge is power for sure. Thank you x

I see that it can cause tummy upset, but also that this is a sign your gut bacteria is working properly. I’ve a feeling mine hasn’t been working right for years...

With CA and SPMS , my symptoms now mimic parkinsons, so I guess it would be logical that this would help. I’m certainly going to give it a go, thanks to your compelling evifence - missing in so many of the expensive chemo drugs which seem to be the only thing offered or neurologists are interested in.

I will let you know how I get on . And just to also advise that I have been feeling miles better since being on the LDN. It was like the sun breaking through the clouds and would defo recommend it as it part of a self healing strategy.

Many thanks again and more power to you. You should set up your own blog. We need people like you fighting our corner

I hope that CliniCrowd results are real. Their campaign has resulted into exponential increase in mannitol sales. A few days back 1 Kg package (by BulkSuppliments) was out of stock at amazon.

Thanks for posting, Joe, how much do you take? I haven't started yet.

Hi P -

I update everything about my routine on a regular basis:

Right now, I take a Tbs of trehalose in my coffee each morning. I also take a B-12 pill that has a tiny unknown amount of mannitol in the pill. People should keep in mind that the theory behind mannitol/trehalose/xylitol is that some tiny amount is making it to the brain and helping clean out mutant proteins so ataxia that is of an unknown origin that doesn't involve the production of a mutant protein probably wouldn't be helped.
