Hands hurt when I work with my hands. Does it happen to anyone? When I work serious with my hands, it starts hurting like anything.

Like, if I hold something tight for long/wash clothes I can’t move my hands. It hurts severe for next 3 days. Does it happen to anybody else? What’s this pain called? And caused from?

I can relate. My hands also protest if I try to do anything out of the ordinary. In fact so does the rest of my body. No idea what it's called or what to do about it except to try and not overdo anything.

It's a strange thing we have but at least we're not alone in this.

Hi,I can relate I've always used my hands for drawin and painting find I can only do a little bit now. It was thought to start with that it was arthritis as my feet were also painful and stiff. I had trouble finding anything that helped in the end cutting out wheat helped. I'm having trouble again still not having wheat as when I have reintroduced wheat I have found I'm more achy. The neurologist I see has recommended Ì take baclofen to help with the stiffness and cramps I get particularly in my hands. I'll let you know how I get on if you'd like me to?
