Yes. To a degree. A optholomist will be able to give prisms to adjust for double vision or you can even get squint surgery. Ask your gp

In the UK every major hospital has an eye unit. For best advice see an ataxia clinic and associated Neuro optholomist

I have prisms in my spectacles. I thought the top of the visible sapling had two branches sticking up. After new specs, I can confirm in sharp focus, it does.

Ask your specialist about CANVAS. Some people were told SCA but in the last couple of years a condition called CANVAS has been named.
