Oh no the dreaded PIP form has arrived been dreading this for the last 2 yrs, here we go and ihate change since my stroke / ataxia

Hi xray Get all of your relevant paperwork together and go visit your local Citizens Advice Bureu for assistance to fill forms in or maybe go to Age Concern..... it’s better to get they’re assistance than try doing it yourself....you can only ask..... Good luck! xx
