Hi everyone,

As part of updating the Ataxia UK website, I'd like to create a resources page to other websites and organisations that people affected by ataxia find useful.

Could I ask what websites and organisations you have found most useful, and why?

Many thanks in advance!

All the best,

Steph

I tend to just use 2 forums here and Living with Ataxia. My other favourite site is Walking with Ataxia. I am quite visual too and research topics like balance tips, armchair yoga by watching quite a few YouTube videos. Very inspirational - Sandi’s Journey. I also like Sir Ken Robinson’s The Element.

Hope this helps x
