What do people use to reduce a pressure sore ?

Has anyone got experience of having pressure sores? What's the best way to get rid ?

The way to get a pressure sore better is to get it assessed by a tissue viability nurse to see how bad the sore is and to see what management it needs in the way of dressings etc. What care have you had x
