I think you will find you are suffering from POTS, postural orthostatic tachycardia the reason your finger tips are wrinkled is because you are not holding onto fluids. Cold feet, circulation disorder. POTS is diagnosed with a Tilt table test. Both my daughters suffer from this as well as other health problems. My eldest daughter has a well received blog themyastheniakid where she talks about her various illnesses. She has many Drs who follow her.POTS is a hit and miss illness as to regards to which Drs believe that anybody but the elderly can have it. My daughters are aged 42 and 39. The youngest originally diagnosed with M.E at 14 many people who were originally diagnosed with M.E are now recognised to have POTS. I hope this will point you in the right direction to obtain treatment.
Hi scruffycat
I can't explain the wrinkly finger tips but cold feet are a relatively common problem in ataxia as are cold hands. Both can be explained by poor circulation to the peripheries of the body.

It must have something to do with the heart? What about this Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy I’ve read about? Or is that just Fredericks Ataxia
ECG in the bag. Heart rate of 57 bpm. Trip to sleep clinic shows it falls 50, when I'm asleep
