Dear all

Ataxia UK is holding its regional conference this year in the Radisson hotel in Durham. It is on Sunday 8th June and is from 10am to 5pm. If you haven't booked yet, please do so. The conferences are always very informative and give an excellent opportunity to socialise and have fun with like-minded people. It is always refreshing to be in an environment where everyone knows what ataxia is and how it affects us.

For more information and for instructions how to book, look at the following link-

Best Wishes

I was diagnosed in 2011, and went to my first conference in Manchester.

Because I'd never met anybody else with Ataxia it was a revelation. I was

just one of the crowd, I didn't have to worry and concentrate about blending

in, appearing 'normal'.

It was informative in a social environment, and the food was good, always

a bonus
