Hello - advice please. I use Fostair with an inhaler and always rinse then gargle, but with water only. My mouth is always dry particularly at night. Is there a mild mouth rinse that might be better than water, and could it help with the dry mouth?

Maybe you need to increase your fluid intake? Chest physio advised we to drink two to three litres a day. I really thought I was - until I started to measure it then got a shock! Increasing the amount of water I drink has helped me with dry mouth but also with sinuses.
I was advised to use corsodyl daily or salt water washes. I do get a dry mouth but that could be due to mouth breathing.
