So enjoyed a lovely walk along are sea front yesterday surrounded by the sea air and dry grass due to tempatures, i started to feel snotty and tight chested so we headed home, come evening i felt full of cold. I had 2.5hours sleep and had to call in sick to work (which i'll get agro for) my asthma didnt improve so i called my asthma nurse who called me in. Apparently i have a cold in my lungs which has been aggravated by the pollen and sea air hense why i feel so crappy, achey and havent slept.

All bad asthma triggers, im still learning my way around asthma.

Im now on the brown inhaler until im back to normal.

Anybody else had this and are able to offer me some advice on how to shift it?
