Hello,
My 5 year old has tonsillitis, ear infection, cold and asthma flair up. Seems to get all at the same time, this one is particularly nasty. Does removing tonsils help? So much responsibility with meds etc really feel useless and overwhelmed!

Hey
Poor kid I get tonsillitis a lot and always end up with a cough at the same time (the worst combination ever!) so I really feel for him. I usually get to the point where I can't eat so can't really take any meds but I can imagine that it'll start getting hard to balance? You should definitely talk to someone about having them removed if it happens a lot, but if it's a one off it may not be allowed.
Sorry I can't offer any advice, just sympathy Feel free to stress on here, we all do Maybe you should go back to the docs to talk about what you can do to help, or to get them to give you some help with what to do with the meds. Alternatively, you could call the AUK nurses, they're amazing
Hope they're all better soon
