I'm off to help conquer my breathing fears at my local Breathe Easy Group this morning in Malvern, the Town where Edward Elgar lived. I think its time for a bit of Land of hope and Glory eh'

Not being English, I still celebrate all the national saints-days. Rose today, Daffy for St David's day, Thistle for St Andrews, and of course the best one, guiness for St Paddy's day.... well, don't have any shamrocks around here....
