I want to thank you all for responding to my post, it was so heart warming and uplifting,
However it was not always the case with my attitude, I did and still do have my depressed moods, but through this forum and the help from my family and friends, I have managed to turn my attitude around to one of more positive attitude.
I do pray nearly every night, but not only for my family but for all of those that are suffering from their ailments.
The positive responses to my post, I hope each and everyone of you find some comfort in my words. I am not what maybe called a fully paid up member of being a Christian, as I still swear, drink whiskey, and curse. But I do believe in the holy trinity.
Thank you all once again for your thoughts and prayers.
Ernie
Hugs and kisses

Despite not requiring support from McMillan nurses or their organisation, I do come into contact with many that do at the Oncology Clinic, and they find that they are excellent. My sister in law? also benefited from the McMillan Society as well.
Hopefully I will not need their services, but if and when that time comes, then it will be welcomed with open arms.
