It's very good. Go for it ! They teach you how to exercise which is one of the best things for COPD. Also they teach you about the disease, the drugs, the gas exchange. In fact everything you need to know.
It is so good - it changed my husbands life (for the better!) It helped him to understand Copd how to control it how to use his inhalers how to excercise. Enjoy! I
Hope you get as many positive benefits as my husband. Love tad xx
Nice to hear this. My husband has recently been diagnosed with COPD and starts his course on May 8th. They sound such a caring group that I feel as if we may be able to start living again, husband been so inactive recently!

Go for it! Places on them are priceless, I've been lucky enough to get one too.
I have asked for PR - I am looking forward to hearing.
I would love to go on PR,my nurse said to me that I really don't need with my FEV1 being67.She thinks its for people with FEV1 below 50
Hi all hi Kevin I'm being put forward to rehab course too and it sounds really good
I have asked to go on PR course and looking forward to when I can have the first session. I have only heard good things about it and would like to learn to manage my condition properly and also do the right exercises
PR is one of the best things for people with COPD You will learn how to understand & manage you condition to improve you quality of life.
Best wishes

I had my second session of pulmonary Rehabilitation today and i am enjoying it and for the time since being diagnosed with COPD i feel good in myself.
It's definitely something worth doing.
Go for it I've just had my 6th session improving every session.
I really enjoyed my sessions at PR and they really helped, both physically and mentally. I met some very determined people who were living with COPD and not dying from it. Enjoy it. I think everyone does. Good luck,
