Just listened to this and it’s very thought provoking. I read his book the Power of Now a few years ago and it helped me through a very difficult time. First time I’ve seen him speaking.

It’s 25 mins long so you need to give yourself a nice quiet space and time to listen to it. A good antidote to the Sunday paper.
