Indulge yourself no matter what your preferance, chocolate, wine, good book, relaxing bubble bath, favorite film , visit the pub, drive out, or just simply a chat with freinds on line or phone. Just plenty of me things as they say. to cheer you up.

I agree with answer of chocolate, it is best if you eat chocolate to cheer yourself up and also to celebrate a good moment. My last chocolate purchase was on Saturday, which was a good day for me. It came from Iceland and cost £2 it had 7 bars in: Rolo, munchies, peppermint aero, drifter, toffee crisp, kit kat chunky and a yorkie. Perfect you can select to suit the moment :) (munchies and drifter now gone) My thoughts now is what sort of day will Monday be, I know it will be different from today, so maybe it will be a peppermint aero type of day, (only tomorrow will tell)

My problem is that EVERY day feels like a peppermint Aero day!

tummy grumbles for chocolate

Chocolate scrummy, milk or dark.... creme egg is calling, tomorrow may be a choc orange craving, or Frys Choc Cream or Turkish Delight.... tummy rumbling now.....

Off the chocolate and onto childhood sweets theme anyone remember Spangles?

Seriously tho, when feeling down, although it can be very hard, a distraction is brilliant and can work a treat, a good book, a crossword puzzle, out to freed the birds, chat to a friend?

If you would like to give me a call or email I can provide some motivational information and handouts that may assist.?

Magic no is: 03000 030 555 or message me.

Take care

thank you /x

Take your bar of chocolate (Fry's Turkish Delight ?) and head off down to the river. Just watch and observe, then look at your problems fade away.............
