I would love to join you in reading the blf magazine but they don't seem to want to send me one, took my £10 though. I am absolutly disgusted with them. I sent the money to join on 10th JANUARY and in spite of reminders to the eshop and blf have had no replies or so called welcome pack. Don't know what else to do don't really want to spend money ringing them, perhaps I will try another email for them to ignore. Sorry for my little rant but I don't have money to throw away.

I thought the helpline was for advise on our illness and didn't want to bother them with this. The website has a different number for enquiries but I think I will try it they may help. Hope they don't tell me off.
