I didn't know that David and neither did my son. I've only done it twice, to transfer funds to my son's account and I didn't feel comfortable doing it.

Where do you actually find it?

Hi David, that is interesting info & it applies to users of Android phones 📱 using Chrome.

Did you also know that anyone with a Google account who thinks they've deleted their history, should think again! Seemingly Google stores every search you've made, every YouTube video you've watched, every image you've searched from the very first one. Even the ones you've deleted.

Good news is, it's only you who can access your records and it is fairly simple to stop Google from collecting the data.

The system works by tracking everything you search for when logged in to your Gmail or Google account, it then keeps a record of all of it, whether you remove it from your search history or not

Fortunately there is a way of shutting this service down to prevent Google from tracking your searches and it is very simple.

At the top left of the screen there is a drop down menu which includes the option “Activity Controls.”

Select this and on the screen which pop-ups up you can switch off the slider which is marked “Web & App Activity.”

Don't know if this will be of any help to you but I thought I'd let you know since you were worried about your mobile banking.

Take care 🌸

I have never used my phone for mobile banking. I don't trust that it is safe. I have an iPhone and an android phone. If your phone gets into the wrong hands there is a chance of your data being accessed. even if you have an auto cut off device.
