pain of condition
Hi,
Yes I do.and boy am I glad someone else gets it too.thought I was the only one.
I've been getting joint, and muscle pain for weeks now.it wakes me up at night when I turn over in bed.
Also does your skin hurt?mine is 'sore' especially my arms.very strange.
Xx
Teaky19, I have very severe COPD and do not get any pain, never have. My advice would be to mention it to your doc to be on the safe side.
I get pain in my shoulders,my elbows,my wrists,my spine,my legs, knees, ankles.enough to make me cry.my skin is so dry and thin it flakes,no matter what type of moisturiser I use,eg,oilatum etc.Is it not enough that we are blighted with lung disease, that we have to suffer additional problems,am so depressed.
Try Dove intensive moisturiser. It (supposedly) goes down through 6 layers of skin. I have found it works wonders.
it feel like cramp i have that ,i feel very very tired no energy at all. ido feel dizzy ,do you have the same
Shoulders and in the small of my back; chest around my diaphragm. Not a pain but an ache. The pain/ache in the small of my back only attacks me a night/early morning so I have to re-arrange my position - it could be an old injury which never quite heals - had it for 2 years now. Otherwise stay well!
Hi Teaky19,
I used to have pain my back and shoulder although PR, respiratory exercise and attending the Gym seems to have sorted this out for me-hurrah! Is this something which might help you?
Hi Teaky19

Hi Teaky19,
I have emphysema and I get that too, in my neck, shoulders and upper arms. I have always put it down to the wife beating me. Looks like I owe her an apology.
Do you spend much time on your computer? This may sound crazy but I had aches and pains in my neck and back too. After discussion with a physio it was sugested that I change the height and position of my computer screen. It cost me a few pounds for a new computer screen and stand - but it did the trick. Also I don't spend so long on the computer now. I get up and walk around so as not to spend too long in one position. .
