At present damaged lungs cannot be repaired. Do the right things and you can help to stabilise it a bit. But most lung illness is progressive. Lots of research going on for the 'holy grail'. A something that will at least stop further damage. But not found yet. All we can do is not smoke, eat sensible, sleep enough, get some exercise. and keep our fingers crossed
Couldn't get the drift of the question, but read derrylynne's answer who has a quicker brin than me.
