Hi Lemony1 as far as I know you can drink what you like.

during the day you should drink plenty of water, juice etc for your health as this helps keep any mucus thinned down, no restrictions on anything else with the seretide im aware of..

welcome to the site.

Glad I found this site learning quite a lot everyone seems really lovely x

This site is as scary as you make it. There is a lot of information, help which you can take or give. Lots of friendship, good humour and some lovely characters - I wont mention names but they can stand up and take a bow.

Hi Lemony1

Well done for stopping smoking, I have stopped for just overv2months now. The only bad thing that fizzy drinks can do is damage your enamel if you clean your teeth immediately after drinking one, or encourage you to eat sweet things.

Hi and welcome lemony1. I think we all were a bit scared to begin with. It's the old " fear of the unknown " syndrome. When you gain more knowledge about COPD then the scarey bit goes away. It did for me anyway. :)

Stay off wine midday otherwise I would be asleep for the rest of the day. Quite a tonic water with ice and lemon, or lime with tonic water. Have fun lemony.
