Does anyone else get a metallic tast in their mouth

That may be it. Its OK during the day but wakes me up at night.

Have you had steroids recently maxer? since having them my partner has lost his sense of smell and says everthing has a metalic taste? do you have a night-time inhalor, maybe its your meds.

I don't want to worry you but the only time I have had this is when I have been pregnant!

Ha ha that would be a miracle if I was. I'm 65 and had a hysterectomy. lol

Hi Maxer, I had this a few years back, when I had sinus problems.Something to do with dripping down at the back of your throat!Sorry cant be more specific.Never had it again, after sinuses fixed

I experience this and it is thought to be one of the one of the triggers for my Pulmonary Fibrosis. In my case it is Gastric Reflux (also known as Acid Reflux) and it is treated with Lansoprazole 30 mg, daily. In your case, of course, it may be something entirely different and you should seek Medical advice.

Thanks HuwieHex I have been taking Lansoprazole for over a year now and this metallic thing has only just started but Hufferpuffer links it to steroids which I have just finished so that may be my answer
