Hi Nellie thanks for your lovely words, take courage from me and do it, don't put it off any longer. Was reading an interesting article that unplanned quitters have more chance of success than planned kicking the habit. It doesn't give you time to think about whether or not you will succeed, you just do it. There is no good time to stop just do it when you have finished a pack of fags and don't buy any more.
