I never knew breathing could be so hard, it seems that apart from severe copd I also suffer from chronic hyperventilation syndrome. I cant believe how hard it is to concerntrate on breathing from the diagphram which is all very well when you sit or lay quietly but as soon as you start to move the breathlessness starts all over again and its a real battle as well as all the symptoms that overbreathing causes...an absolute nightmare!
