arranging holiday oxygen to be delivered to the hotel in spain

You are going on vacation to Spain with oxygen but there is no question showing have refreshed 4 times nothing changed how can we help ?

we are going on holiday to spain and taking portable oxygen with us,but we need to to have a concentrater delivered to the hotel for when we arrive, i have beeen passed from pillar to post.since april the rules have changed.the oxygen companies in the uk have nothing to do with this,we then saw our G.P. they have nothing to due with it,we then phoned the health dept ,who gave us a spanish gov.web site,guess what,they dont deal with it any more,they gave another e-mail address, we received an automatic e-mail saying they had shut for the day and also they did answer personal questions. that was at 5. 10p,m today. without the oxygen in place the insurance wontb grant us our insurance,and monarch wont fly us,can u help

The company I use in Spain is VitalAire tel [phone] speak to Gloria Navarro ( speaks great English). Not cheap last used in Sep 2011 and cost 278 euros for a week although 177 euros is delivery/collection charges. You will need to fax thrifty your HOOD to them.

Hi, you say you are taking portable oxygen with you will the airline let you do this? In my experience you are unable to take any portable oxygen on the plane. May be worth double checking if you haven't already done so. Hope you get it sorted out and have a great holiday.

checked with monarch airlines,they allow 2 portables on board which go under your seat,no charge for taking your own,thanks a lot

i live in spain , what area are you coming to ?

i made inicial enquiries for my brother to get oxygene here and a local cancer charity said to contact the local hospital and arrange it all

dont know how well that would of worked out ,my brother hasnt come to spain yet !

the following link will take you to the UK embassy in Madrid, im not sure were you are going in spain but they have the template letter that can be used for all of Spain. They also give all the contact details you will need.
