Thanks for all the tips and suggestions, think I will mention it to my doctor next time I'm at the surgery, although last night slept really well and wasn't blocked up when I woke, and the sun is shinning !!!

My fella swears by sleeping the 'wrong way aroujnd'. Every now and again he'll lie with his head toward the bottom of the bed and his feet toward the top ....... says he doesn't get a blocked nose that way. He doesn't believe in Feng Shui by the way
