Hi,

My name's Biddy and I work on the Helpline. I started working for BLF in July 2009 as one of the Helpline Officers, and I now work as a Specialist Advisor.

I really enjoy my new role, dealing primarily with benefits enquiries but also with other issues. I work part time, alongside the other Specialist Advisors, Jo and Carol, as part of a wonderful team of helpful and very knowledgable people.

Whatever your enquiry, give us a call on 03000 030 555.

Biddy.
