Good afternoon,

Some of you may already know me as the Specialist Adviser on the BLF Helpline (03000 030 555). I've been with the BLF for seven years and have today started my new role as Stakeholder Engagement Manager, for a three month period, whilst Bethany Bateman travels around South America. My position on the Helpline will be covered by a very capable chap called Lee, so if you have any questions, concerns or enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I welcome this change and hope to have contact with some of you over the next three months.

Best wishes,

Biddy Fairclough

Ha ha, it basically means engaging with folks like you here on HealthUnlocked, Breathe Easy members and any other member of the public that might wish to help us out being a case study, speaking at events or generally raising awareness on our behalf. If you feel you could help by telling your story and wouldn't mind sharing it with everyone or anyone, just get in touch with me for a chat.

Thanks, Biddy

Hi Margaret, it was good to meet you too!

I'm trying not to think of Bethany, and the fun she's having! ;-)
