• Advance Notice of Planned Power Cuts: You will receive timely notifications about scheduled power outages, allowing you to make necessary arrangements.

• Real-Time Updates: In the event of an unplanned power cut, they offer regular updates to keep households informed.

• Support During Extended Outages: If the power is off for an extended period, they can arrange for hot meals and additional services to ensure comfort and safety.

• Nominated Contact Scheme: Through the scheme you can nominate a relative or friend to be contacted if their power goes off, ensuring they are not alone during critical times.

• Secure Home Visits: With their password registration system, you will be able to identity staff from ENWL during home visits, enhancing their security.
