I just smile and nod my head. Seems to get the message across

A smile and a hand gesture would show the person you're addressing that you are pleased to see them and would like to talk to them but can't at that particular moment. Best wishes in keeping on friendly terms with friends and neighbours.

I too think a cheery wave and a smile would cover it. It's difficult sometimes not to appear rude isn't it. Good to hear you're out walking, enjoy the sunshine xx

Hi, why not. Or you could be very with it and have a recording of Good Morning on either your phone, if you have one, or a small dictation machine. Myy sister was going through a very bad time with a neurological problem, I can`t remember what exactly. She needed to go by train from London up to Sheffield and had a label around her neck asking people to tell her when she got to the station. The xxxxx prob left her almost blind from time to time. Another passenger kindly helped her off the train complete with luggage. I`m sure you`ll find a solution. Have fun and enjoy your walking as long as you can, Chris.

I think a nod of the head and a big smile is all that is needed to acknowledge them. I wouldn't go on a walk though without my reliever inhaler though. xx

CAN I get something for this nagging condition... It never stops and hurts my ears, gives me a sore head and constantly tells me what I can AND can not do!!

It starts when I wake up in the morning and continues till I fall asleep.. Doctor says their is no cure but a very brutal option.

So now I`m stuck with it for life........ my lovely outspoken WIFE..... Daddy did warn me!!
