True Love and a Hideaway Beach.

A week I think since i posted. myseld and Anne hold up with a very nasty cold - I again miss an eye appointment for medical reasons - I must be on eof the few now wanting eye injection.

Seems a bit more than a cold, it's dragged on and on. nearly took my rescue pack - but if it's a virus won't work.

Moan over tookpictures with my new Samsung Phone. within an hour I was back to my old Ookitell phone.

I think the title sums it up.

Thank you Carol - normally I am not a sucker for colds, Anne got mr a new date for injection, very 30th December - they would have batted me out had I gone - Anne is full of it also. Xxx

My daughter has this cold too! I’ve read that it can last several weeks, but I hope you and Anne are feeling better soon. I count myself lucky because I rarely get colds, just chest infections.

I caught Covid after my Winter visit to Respiratory review. I have now been switched to late Spring clinics due to my complexity of health. Maybe they could switch your Asthma review to warmer months. xx

I just love the way the palm tree and flowers lean inwards to draw the eye in to the far centre. And the colours are to dream for, especially the three washes of yellow , jade and blue. I could lick the paint! But my favourite aspect are the palm leaves and the clouds: there's a kind of symmetry going on. I think I'll put my swimming trunks on. ❤️

There's a nasty lingering cough and cold going round Ern.hope u both feel better soon.love yr paintings.love the silhouette of the couple & heart over the moon.you capture the brightness of the moon so well - yr a master with light.I love that beach,reminds me of hideaway beaches on Anglesey. That looks so inviting xxxx

Sorry to hear you're not good Ern , it’s that time of year isn’t it , all sorts of bugs flying about and great shame about your delayed appointment. On the plus side you’ve still managed to produce two beautiful pieces of art. As always I love the colours 😍

Brilliant artwork again Ern, I love the colours in the beach painting but the other one is my favourite. Love the colouring but the addition of the heart over their heads is very special. don't know how you come up with these extra touches.

I hope you’re near the end of your bug. It’s been a nasty one. The steroids have helped to calm my coughing but I’m still getting out of breath more than normal and full of mucus. Take care. How is love to be on that sunny beach right now xx

Thank you watergazer - i think at the end of the bug, left wheezy and coughing and more short of breath - no better tomorrow will use my rescue pack Doxy and maybe Pred. Yes I also would love to be on a sunny Warm Beach. I am a seaside lover, always have beem - You take lots of care and try rid of your nasty symptoms xx

Hi wave 👋 I take doxy every day, as a prophylactic. I’m fine with it as long as I eat at the same time, otherwise it makes me feel nauseous or even vomit. What’re your adverse effects?

Eurgh. I’m permanently exhausted these days, perhaps it’s that. Can’t come off it though. But I don’t get nausea as long as I eat something - even a couple of rich tea biscuits x

Reg and I have been fighting a virus for nearlytwo weeks now. Worse than a cold but perhaps not quite as bad as flu. You have my sympathy as it's left us feeling very low.Still, we're nearly over it now and looking forward to catching up with all the things we had to cancel.

Hope you're better soon and able to have your eye injection.

Thank you Moy, sounds right - A lot worse than a cold, but not as bad as flue, also it has lasted. Feeling low was maybe the worst symptom . Getting there.

I have a new eye injection appointment for 30th December, so that,s sorted.
