just a quick question if anyone knows ive got my inhalator do you puff on it and draw back to the throat like a cigarette or do you just puff into your mouth im a bit confused lol

hi , matin va (Scottish for good morning ) joseph hear, i smoked more than 100 smokes a day for over 40 years . i now use Nicorette mint mouth spray . i spend about 54 pound a month on this .i find it easy to use and nothing else works for me at least i dont have smoke going into my lung,s. oh i have stage 4 copd

no don’t inhale. Instead take 2 or 3 short puffs into your mouth, like sipping on a straw. Hope this makes sense. Good luck

This. Suck briefly like taking a sip from a straw.

To get the “smoking” action I then hold my breath for a second and “exhale” even though there’s nothing there to exhale lol.

I used to puff on it the same as a cigarette. It was the only thing that gave a similar hit at the back of the throat. Having said that…..it didn’t help me to give up. The only thing that worked for me was going cold turkey.

I tried that once I used to draw it back but realy not sure now you mention that to be honest it didn't do anything for me wish you a better result good luck

I puff. The nicotine hit is actually delivered to the back of the throat. Works wonders for me and has kept me off the 60 a day habit for the last 2 years.
