Summer Farm Animals Scene.

I though would be good to revisit summer, can't say I am a fan of winter or painting snow.

This painting would be better on a larger canvas,. As scale is impossible to achive.

Two ramshackle buildings, a home and a barn - First time painting a pig and dark pig at that. Goes well with the rest of the gang.

There arenot enough animals, will use an A3 next for this type of painting.

I HAD NOT NOTICED - APOLOGIES FOR THE PICTURE QUALITY - MY CAMERA FLASH IS VERY STRONG. IF I CAN GET A BETTER PICTURE TOMORROW WITH CAMERA OR DAYLIGHT, I WILL EDIT A CHANGED PICTURE IN. I

Thank you Carole - I had not noticed, yes the other colours are bright in fact to bright, the lamb should be light brown. My phone flash is very strong, might try my camera or daylight next time, if it is light enough. xxx

This is a welcome sight Ern.love the pig - got some BIG pigs ears for mu sisters dog few wks ago & they resembled yr pigs. I love all of this and thee cpl walking up the path xx

A pig has joined the gang 😊 I love the scene with all the animals , and the pig is great to see too. It must be a bit disappointing for you that the colours aren’t showing properly, but it looks good anyway. Thank you

Thank you HH - Yes was very disappointing - I needsomething other than flash, I may try a strong bulb in a smaller room. I will find out what to do, I had a fifferent phone camera last year,

I quite like the colours Ern , especially the sky and the pink hills . The pig , being darker gives it an air of “ leader of the pack” , I like it 😊

Oh Ern , summer! I can remember that feeling, warmth, no heating on, beautiful flowers, all I need is my lovely chair to sit in your picture and watch the animals walk by, by the way, what animal is on the road at the back, I can’t make it out with my blurred vision?Thanks for sharing.

My eyes are getting worse Ern so blurred but I’ve been diagnosed with lupus sle so probably why.

Sorry to here that Wendy, I hope you get the treatment you need, you sight in precious. I went to eye cliinic for nothing. I was given tests and fluid in my eye, injection needed, but again I got one, My right eye is infected I was told, I said "I know I told the nurse last time" - Could not have the injection as if getms got in my eye, probably sight lost. I waited two hours while he phones the hospital doctor. finally I was given a tube of antibiotic to take for two weeks and go for my injection in three weeks. I give up xx

I’ve got gel and drops but making no difference, I’m trying to tolerate it but getting terrible headaches daily, just something else to add to list I’m afraid.

Wendy don't suffer, get some proper pain relief from your GP. I did, does not cute but it helps. I get headaches and untreated they can make you misserable. xx

I’ve got some for cluster headaches but just using paracetamol daily for these headaches

I miss my holidays abroad. I would love to have travelled all along the outhouse of Spain. I watch it on A Place In The Sun. I’m not so keen on Italy Greece or Florida. They show those places but Spain appeals to me more. I like The Canary Islands too. I’ve been to most of them.

I also miss them GP says no. Spain was special- Benalmadine had lots to do, we had a young Victoria then. For the same reason we liked Majorca. Lots of shows at night. I did not like Corfu, it was sohumid kicked my COPD off, I liked Zante and we went to Olymplia via a ferry. loved that. Canary Islands Gran Canaria I did not like, been to them all but Lanzarote was the best for me. Italy I never wanted to go. I did like Portugal, people nice and food good.
