it is so true, that being stuck can become the norm, and it is so much better to do something than be stuck. And what a great fantasy painting that is. Thank you for sharing 😊
Now this reminds me off when realisation kicked to me as a young child what colours where snd how they csme together in colouring shapes and pictures and indeed what it meant to draw what the eyes could see or what the mind could imagine. Thank you Ern007 for awakening very young memories 👍
Thank you Musicalways - Interesting post, I think a child would know what colours he/she likes. Same with shapes, young minds are very creative. and you are welcome
Madness and an early grave. Still can't believe I've lived more than twice as long as I expected. My story is regularly shared with those trying not to head in the same direction.
Running a singing for lung health group is the least of it.
Hi Ern🙋♀️thank you for sharing this. Love it and I will take the path without trees as where it leads to looks more mysterious to me😊. Please take great care and rest up❤️❤️xxx
Well Ern007, we should hold hands and walk down your fantast path and see what we can find in those pink hills far away on the horizon. maybe more rabbits , or people climbing to the top reaching for the sky. See we can always dream no matter what you paint , we could pick flowers or tree branches to make bouquets on the way. Imagine living in one of those houses far away from the noise, traffic and dust. Oh so peaceful . Have a quite day I look forward to your next picture.
The picture came out all right in spite of the initial lack of inspiration. Those roads going to mysterious destinations are a recurrent theme. Makes you wonder what's at the other ends. xxx
Reminds me of the Robert Frost poem "Two Roads ...". Unsure if that's the exact title. I love this, Ern. The flying birds give movement to the whole picture and, again, I love that the sky occupies half the painting. The pink hills (or mountains) are splendid and the swirling clouds give marvellous movement to the whole thing. Well done! xx
Thank you BronchyBronwen - I like to paint clouds and the sky is just as important a the background. The Robert Frost poem " Two Roads" I think only one way to go could be chosen. Not sute why near always choose pinkor Mauve for mountains. Intereting pot, thank you.
Whatever you do with clouds Ern, I love it. You really make them appear to be moving at one mile per hour. As for the rabbit, he or she looks very comfortable in such lovely surrounds!
Thank you Greethorn - I am not orthdox with clouds, I like to choose to suit the painting, sometime none just a haze. I thought a Rabbit would suit have a oothing effect.
