Abdominal Pain

A couple years ago I had abdominal pain which cleared up by itself. For 2 weeks now I have been experiencing this again. The pain comes and goes and is like a dull ache. It eases when I lie down. The last couple days I have felt a bit sick and more tired. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

Yes, i have an ulcer caused by painkillers abuse and the pain comes and goes near my liver, it usually cause tiredness also. I'm not a doctor but do not worry too much about it, i don't think it's something too serious. Good luck

Abdominal pain can have many causes. Most of my own problems have been due to medications. However there are so many reasons you are doing the best thing by seeing your GP.

Yes I currently suffer from extreme bloating and pain and in lower back under ribs. Waiting for abdominal scan at end of March. Also very tired. These pains go after a good nights sleep bt return during the day along with swollen feet.

I have been to the doctor and have had 3 lots of bloods taken. I think one test is going to be for a bacterial infection. I also have an appointment in 2 weeks for an ECG because my blood pressure and heart rate were high. My lungs were clear and the doctor felt my upper abdomen and belly and all felt fine.

I've had serious gets and bloating and gallstones after taking one doxycycline pill. Just one. Gas meds help discomfort but don't stop it. I avoid chocolate or high fats. I worry about overusing meds so supportive food changes are important. After many tests for h pylori, ultrasounds, I have to talk to the surgeon next. But I've decided to start pollen immunotherapy shots first as the sinuses and gut are related. I want to rule out any contribution of my pollen allergies, asthma. But I can't start that yet with the pandemic still keeping emergency only care, no electives yet in my realm of the world.

All blood tests came back clear. Still getting pain so I guess I just have to wait for the ECG. Got a phone appointment for Tuesday to discuss the results.

I go for my ECG on Monday. I'm still getting the abdominal pain but I'm also getting pain below my right shoulder in my upper back. I'm also due to go for a chest x ray. If there was anything serious would this of showed up in the blood tests?
