I have not heard of any rental stair lifts but if you are in the UK you should be able to get one from Adult Care services. They arranged mine completely free of charge. Hope this helps you

Depending on where you live any mobility equipment suppliers where you can buy should have a rental option .we have a shop nearby and I rent one for £48 per month for the last 4 yrs it includes upgrades and maintenance

Hi Syd

Came as quite a shock Had a few visits from OT and got various items .

Then got a call from social care practitioner . She asked if she could visit me. On arrival she explained the the stair lift scheme and said I would be eligible. After a few minutes consideration I said I would be happy to give it a go. Now been six months and really happy. At the time NE Derbyshire CC was a Tory run area
