Hi - I don't know much about it, but i know it's widely sold. Amazon for example and, there is a disclaimer to consult healthcare professionals before use. These are Capsuls and there are cheaper pills.

Hi

Thanks for the reply

I've got stage 1 emphysema & am willing to give stuff a try in an attempt to slow down the progress of the disease so I'll probably try it -- just wondering if anyone has / is taking it

Personally I prefer the tried and tested ways to slow down progression of my lung diseases. Keeping my weight and diet healthy, exercise as much as possible, Pulmonary Rehabilitation type exercises (loads on youtube along with breathing exercises) , avoiding people with bugs, smoke, pollution etc. I take vitamins and minerals to keep my immunity fighting fit. By using the above you'll slow progression & stick to mild. Its things ,I've catching covid or infections that knock us back.

You may find more on the mushrooms by using the search bar. By
