That’s so colourful Ern. Really beautiful. Xx❤️
Thank you Carole -I first saw this from an Artist called Sky, different but same subject. Wanted to do this for a while. Xxx
I love the vibrant colours, it makes me feel like I can feel the warmth of the sun ☀️ Thank you for sharing
Beautiful x
Beautiful Ern, reminds me summer is on its way, the beautiful warm colours.
Thanks for sharing
Wendy xx
That's so vibrant- really intense colour. A bonus for me is that it reminds me of my old alma mater, Birmingham University, where there was a replica of the great Venetian tower. Don't think Birmingham would look so picturesque surrounded by water.😂 xxx
Thank you Chris - Colours are more vibrent in med countries. xx
Definitely. I don't think the Industrial revolution has helped the look of our cities. Wouldn't it be nice to sail to Venice, especially on a wet afternoon like this one. I'll take another peep at your picture to console me until someone with a yacht or a magic carpet whisks me away.
No, soot never improved anything - Yes it would be nice to sail to Venice. wonderful city. All that area up to and including Turkey really is good..x
oh yes I can see what you mean. I’ve sailed up through Venice a couple of times. It’s a beautiful City.
Oh that has warmed me up. Feeling very cold today and these colours are just the tonic I need. Would be very nice to get to such a place to visit but hey ho. Travel from my TV. xx
Thank you Dottie11 -Would be very nice, until 5 years agoI used tot ravel. I liked the warmth - two years agoI booded IOM and was shocked when my GP. advised me not to go. I could understand Greece,Turky but not the IOM. I like a Plce in the Sun on TV.I like the different destinations. xx
That is harsh not even IOM. Yes my last flight was 2009. I have Rynauds so always cold and hands and feet blue. Still in gloves and scarf. xx
It's is harsh, she said I would be better on on UK mainland, when she advised that, I would not have got insurance.
I have not got " Rynauds " and my hands dont go blue, but I always feel cold due to circulation unless it's very warm. I have a sweater on now typing. I use a scarf but can't use gloves, in particular wool, sounds silly but touching wool makes my teeth chatter, Leathr glovers are not warm . Mylast flight was 5 years ago when we went to Greece.
I adore Greece and their food. Been to a few places. Cyprus too. My last trip was Cornwall only a few days but lovely. Sea air and fish wonderful.xx
I like Greece, Zante I liked but not Corfu, was to humid. Last year I ended up in Blackpool although our hotel was a 5 mile tram ride away. It was a change. xx
I have three layers most days. Wool im ok with. I used to know a rather beautiful and naughty Siamese cat who loved wool, ate holes in everything. xx
I wear a lot in winter and spring. my feet are cold no matter the season. Yes our cats like wool or wool like and put it down, they will be asleep on it. xx
I have sheepskin slipper boots that are very warm. But I have had a hot water bottle for my feet every night since a child. Those cats have the right idea. Cannot beat a snuggle with a cat either. xx
I have given up warming my feet, am sure there is no blood there lol. Cats are also fun, we have a He and a She and both so different, The she sits with me and the Tom, will Anne, who is always telling me off for giving them Dreamies. xx
We were the other way around. The He sat on my husband's lap and the She on mine. Both sadly no longer with us. xx
Sorry about that, before we got this Tom, we had a cat same colour, he went missingand came back about a week later, he was in a lot of pain. he had dragged hilself home with a Borken Pelvis. really was a good cat. he unfortunately died four years ago. xx
Oh that is so horrible for him and you both. We were able to say goodbye and take them from their pain when they came to older age. We have owned many cats and now just feed a few of the neighbours when they go away. Many also visit our garden. So plenty of feline life around us. Take care Ern. Hubby plating up my tea. xx
Lovely painting Ern. Very peaceful scene😊❤️xxx
Great vibrant colours enjoyed seeing you're art and still never being dissapointed you do very good art work fantastic
Wow! Just fabulous, Ern. Brilliant use of colour (no pun intended) contrasted with the dark shapes give a wonderful air of mystery and evocative atmosphere. I love this. Really well done, and thank you so much. 👍❤️xxx😃
Thank you BronchyBronwen. I like Silhouette images, I tried something different here though, xxx
how beautiful. I had my honeymoon in Venice, such a beautiful place
