Hi Dottie,

I posted recently that I was having issues with my local pharmacy fulfilling my prescription.

After feeding back to them the difficulties I was experiencing with them they have offered to deliver them to me. So I am going to try that first before looking for an online supplier.

That's good news, Pauline - always worth reaching out in these situations, I think, in case a solution can be found. At the moment I don't really 'need' to have prescriptions delivered, it's just for convenience, but it's such a useful service that potentially benefits so many people.

Yes, it was worth feeding back the difficulties I was having. It transpires the prescription had been put up but they just couldn't find it !!! They are usually quite efficient and let me know when it is in the kiosk ready for for collection.

I don't really need to have the prescriptions delivered either at the moment, however the difficulties I was having trekking down to the pharmacy time after time to collect it made life tricky! Had to prep the oxygen each time.
