Agree that you should contact 111 to discuss replacement inhaler. Also speak to pharmacist to find out when inhaler likely to be available. Honestly it isn’t a big deal to phone 111 and also speak to pharmacist. They will be used to this issue occurring and are best to advise you.

And make sure you always have enough Salbutamol/Ventolin (rescue spray). That'll be the most important one to have! 🤗

Hopefully they can have it ready first thing in the morning, I had to do that when I had to go A&E and I saw an out of ours doctor and the pharmacy was closed so I had to travel to kings Cross St pancres station at midnight and they was closed, so went home and popped in to McDonald's at bout 2 in the morning lol x

My surgery told me that salbutamol.nebules are unobtainable today. It is ridiculous.

I've been without salbutamol nebs for the last 2 months, and offered 0.9% saline as alternative. Hardly the same, but better than nothing. We are fast becoming a premier league state with a third world health care system. Thank you Mr Cameron and Johnson for Brexit, and Sunak for running the NHS into the ground.

I nebulise salbutamol and tiotropium to open my airways and saline to loosen the mucus. Maybe your doc can give you tiotropium whilst salbutamol is unavailable. Saline is my best friend. 0.9% is gentle and effective.

Hope you’ve got some now. Perhaps you can order a double amount next time. My husband has done that for his eye drops x
