I try to reply, but quite often someone has often said what I was going to say. But if I post asking for advice or peoples experience its is amazing how many people give advice and words of support. It's always good to get suggestions from people who have been through similar experiences or just want to say hi.

I feel the same about the forum I have copd and had no one to talk to or some just didn't understand and I felt very lonely and thought I'm facing this alone but then came across the forum and I've never looked back and now never feel lonely and feel I've now got loads off support so I've gone from having nothing to everything and it now feels great
