Your life sounds amazing. Iβve just been making a memory book for my husband - he has dementia and is in a care home - of family, friends and some holiday photos. Going through the huge box of photos brought back so many memories. Itβs tinged with sadness because I canβt reminisce with Mike anymore because he can no longer remember the holidays.
What wonderful memories you have Sheila, please keep sharing them. Iβm sure others must enjoy reading them as much as I do, πxx
Wow beautiful xx π
I am sure living with your memories is very easy - Wow what a memory.π

Sounds wonderful. How did you get on with talking to the respiratory team on Monday? And how are you feeling now?
Unfortunately team still hasnt got back to me. Still not well getting at least 4 panic attacks a,day scary they are lasting over 20 mins and I really think this is the end as cant get any air in. My family really upset watching me. Unable to shake off this exacerbation, on second week of Antibiotics .
Thanks for your concern. Take care have a lovely day xxSheila ππβ
Praying for you. Angie
Thank you. Respiratory been with me for 2hrs and upped all medication 4 times. Also changed all my devices and tubing even nebuliser to new ones. E.mailed GP and ordered lots of meds to be delivered in morning urgent. Still not clear why oxygen so low and heart rate, high but at least they are on the case . Fingers crossed and thank you π€π·πβπxxSheila
Wonderful memories for you. Where were you in the Punjab ?
I have visited India 3 times, once to Rajasthan, once around the whole of the south and once to Rishiketh etc in the north. It is one amazing country isnβt it ? All travelled in the practice of yoga
Sad to see Simla slipping down the hill with climate change these days.
Hope you will soon be feeling better.
Go well.

We lived in Ludhiana about 29mins from Amristra. We were there when they took over the The Golden Temple. Scary as so near us. Not a safe place as many terrorists around us. Even had some moved in next door. We had armed guards surrounding our villa. Quite an experience xxππβSheila
Sorry to hear you are not making much progress with your health problems. You always have such a positive outlook and it's sad to see you so worried. Dorothy xxx

Oh No! Iβm so sorry you feel so rough. Is there anything the doctors could give you for the anxiety? I always follow you as I love your positivity, fingers xβd you feel a lot better soon.
It's lovely to be able to share your memories, Sheila. I'm sorry you're feeling rough at the moment, though.
