Your life sounds amazing. I’ve just been making a memory book for my husband - he has dementia and is in a care home - of family, friends and some holiday photos. Going through the huge box of photos brought back so many memories. It’s tinged with sadness because I can’t reminisce with Mike anymore because he can no longer remember the holidays.

Sounds wonderful. How did you get on with talking to the respiratory team on Monday? And how are you feeling now?

garshe profile image
garsheβ€’ in reply toBronchyBronwen

Unfortunately team still hasnt got back to me. Still not well getting at least 4 panic attacks a,day scary they are lasting over 20 mins and I really think this is the end as cant get any air in. My family really upset watching me. Unable to shake off this exacerbation, on second week of Antibiotics .

Thanks for your concern. Take care have a lovely day xxSheila πŸ™πŸ’•βš˜

Wonderful memories for you. Where were you in the Punjab ?

I have visited India 3 times, once to Rajasthan, once around the whole of the south and once to Rishiketh etc in the north. It is one amazing country isn’t it ? All travelled in the practice of yoga

Sad to see Simla slipping down the hill with climate change these days.

Hope you will soon be feeling better.

Go well.

We lived in Ludhiana about 29mins from Amristra. We were there when they took over the The Golden Temple. Scary as so near us. Not a safe place as many terrorists around us. Even had some moved in next door. We had armed guards surrounding our villa. Quite an experience xxπŸ™πŸ’•βš˜Sheila

Not had shopinng trip for 3 weeks. Completely housebound .Cant manage to get from front door to car in driveway as anxiety holding me back. I have to control this but easier said than done. It's all in the mind

Thank you. Keep safe and well .. hope you have a lovely day. Still no call back from Respiratory team. They used to reply immediately but seem to be very busy lately.

I think their priority is more serious cases . The COPD team is on holiday so cant get them..

Dont want to phone 111 0r 999 as will be stuck in ambulance outside A&E for hours as no beds my friend had broken pelvis and shoulder, he was in ambulance almost 2 days. Sent him home in agony and Physio calling to house. Take care lots of love xxSheila πŸ™πŸ’•βš˜πŸ˜·
