Fostair/luforbec

Hi people - The patent on fostair has ended and I’ve been changed over to luforbec. Despite rinsing my after each use I’m getting a sore mouth and have been given a mouthwash to use. Anyone else having this problem and does it settle down or should I just ask to be put back on fostair?

I had that problem with Fostair. They changed me to a powder one which I had no trouble with. I am now on Lubfrobec and they’ve assured me it’s the same as Fostair. If you go to your Dr they can change yours over to whichever one you are not on. Don’t be like me and suffer for more than a year.

thanks Mavary - I’ll keep trying the doctor. The hospital gave me a mouthwash but it isn’t really helping and I’m tasting very little of what I eat.

They are changing to Lubfrobec because it’s too expensive for the surgeries. It looks like they are all replacing it. I was told it was being phased out.
